To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to offer my recommendation for Shane and Lana of Mistiq Travel, who provided outstanding airport transfer services for the 2025 Heineken Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Conference, held in Cape Town in early March.

Shane and Lana were contracted with managing the transportation of nearly 600 delegates arriving from various destinations. Their responsibility included coordinating transfers from Cape Town International Airport to six different hotels located near the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), as well as handling return transfers to the airport at the end of the conference.

They executed this complex logistical operation flawlessly. Not a single piece of luggage was lost or misplaced throughout the event. One of the most impressive aspects of their service was how they facilitated direct transfers from the airport to the CTICC, allowing delegates to head straight into conference sessions, while their luggage was safely delivered to their respective hotels—a thoughtful and efficient touch that was appreciated by all.

Throughout the event, Shane and Lana were professional, punctual, courteous, and highly organized. Their attention to detail and calm coordination under pressure contributed significantly to the smooth running of the conference and left a lasting impression on our entire team and all attendees.

Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Mistiq Travel for any group or corporate transportation needs. They are truly outstanding at what they do.

Thank you Shane and team for always providing such an incredible service. There is noone else I would trust our VIPs with in Cape Town. The professionalism of the drivers and the impeccable condition of the vehicles are second to none.
